1. The service
LegendMe creates personalized AI portraits and collectible cards from a selfie and your answers. Legend Arena is an entertainment card game. Card rarity is cosmetic and does not provide a paid gameplay advantage.
2. Accounts and age
You are responsible for accurate information and account security. You may use the service from age 16; younger users need consent from a parent or legal guardian. We may restrict access when these terms are violated.
3. Photos and your content
Upload only photos you have the right to use. You need the person’s consent when a photo depicts someone else, and guardian consent for a minor. Your content remains yours. You grant LegendMe only the limited permission required to process, store and deliver the result you request.
4. Prohibited use
Do not use LegendMe for fraud, harassment, impersonation, infringement, illegal or sexual content, or to bypass service security, payments or usage limits.
5. Free outputs, credits and payments
The current price and included outputs are shown before purchase. Stripe processes payments; LegendMe does not store full card details. A credit is consumed when paid generation starts. If a technical failure prevents completion, we will restore the credit or provide an appropriate remedy. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
6. AI results
AI can produce unexpected, inaccurate or similar results for different people. We do not guarantee an exact likeness or uniqueness of every element. Review an output before public or commercial use.
7. Intellectual property
The LegendMe app, brand, game rules, interface and original materials are protected. You may use and share your generated output personally, provided you respect other people’s rights. You may not copy the app, resell access or systematically extract data.
8. Availability and liability
We improve the service continuously and it may sometimes be unavailable. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss or use that violates these terms. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Privacy, changes and contact
Our Privacy Policy explains data processing. We may reasonably update these terms and will change the date above. Send questions, complaints or requests through support. Mandatory rights under the law of your country remain unaffected.
